For USPS labels that were purchased by mistake, you must request a refund within 14 days of purchase. In this case, we will initiate the refund process with USPS which can take up to 14 days to complete. Once the label refund is confirmed, we will provide a refund of your payment to your card or cryptocurrency wallet. At our discretion, we may charge a refund fee of 10% for large orders of unused labels.
For cryptocurrency purchases: Due to exchange rate fluctuations, refunds for unused labels will be processed at the US Dollar amount of the original purchase. E.g. for a $10 postage purchase:
Checkouts expire for multiple reasons, including non-payment, underpayment, and late payment. We will provide a full refund for expired checkouts as soon as possible. Please contact us and provide reference information for the payment such as a cart ID (e.g. cart_123hjhk123) or label ID (e.g. lbl_asd324kjhh) and the cryptocurrency address where we should send the funds. Note that these are processed manually.
For cryptocurrency purchases: Refunds for expired checkouts will be processed for the cryptocurrency amount of the original purchase, once the payment is confirmed by the blockchain. E.g. for a $10 postage purchase:
We will provide a partial refund for the overpaid amount as soon as possible. Please contact us and provide reference information for the payment such as a cart ID (e.g. cart_123hjhk123) or label ID (e.g. lbl_asd324kjhh) and the cryptocurrency address where we should send the funds.
